  On-Site Support

Our experienced technicians are readily available to provide support directly to you at your own premises where required. We can also provide a number of services in addition to the usual 'IT Support'.

For example, we can provide a technican to attend meetings where

a degree of technical presence may be required to be on-hand.

 

  Remote Support

With suitable remote access to your network setup for us, and specifically for PLEXUS Network customers; we are able to provide support services to you that would normally require a site visit from our own offices. The use of this technology allows us to provide you a much faster and efficient service, which also keeps costs down.

 

  Telephone Support

One of the big benefits of having Phase 5 on hand for your support is knowing that there we are always at the end of the phone to answer your questions. Whether it be for a technical problem with your IT, a simple question about how to do something in excel or advice to help you plan your IT infrastructure, we are just a phone call away.

 

  Online Support

For the less urgent issues you may have, our online service area is available 24 hours a day for you to contact us with your concerns. Within working hours you can expect a prompt response to basic questions and for the longer term issues, you can use the service area to very easily track the progress of the case at any time.
