For the less urgent enquiries, our on-line support services can be much more efficient and cost effective.
We operate two forms of online support, email based and via our online Service Area.
For the occasional enquiry, your request can be emailed directly to support@phase5.co.uk.
We also have an online form that can be used to submit a message to this email address.
The most efficient way to open a case with us for either a simple question or as an order for some work to be completed is via the Service Area. By using the Service Area, you are submitting your request directly into the system that our technicians would otherwise do on your behalf in response to a telephone call or email.
Any response to your online requests are emailed to you so that you are immediately notified of the response, and you can view the entire conversation along with the estimated costs so far and the name of the technician assigned to your case in the Service Area at any time.
Our online system is an ideal for cases where an immediate answer is not required and is often more cost effective in such cases since our technician can quickly review your comments and where a simple answer is possible, it can be quickly typed and the response sent immediately back to you.
On-Line support is often used in conjuction with telephone and remote support to provide you with the best service possible.
