PLEXUS Pricing

The list below describes the prices of the various features available to PLEXUS network users as part of the service.

One of the 'Base Service Provision' options, the 'Data Storage / Backups' service and a base support contract is mandatory for every installation.

Initial Setup Costs

For a new client, we will migrate your existing system into the PLEXUS system free of charge.

This free service covers setting up your existing computers and users on our network.

Beyond this point, the time involved in making any changes, providing support or adding new compuers, users, etc will be charged to the support contract.

We will charge a £150 setup fee which is purely to cover BT installation charges.

This setup fee does not apply to BBIC Wilthorpe based installations.

Base Service Provision

Provision over ADSL = £75/month (Subject to survey)

Provision at BBIC Wilthorpe = £45/month

Technical Support Service

Technical support for PLEXUS is provided on the basis of our usual support contract which is a mandatory component of the service.

Data Storage / Backups

Standing Charge = £10/month

Includes up to 20Gb of data storage.

Usage over 20Gb is charged at £0.50 per Gb. (rounded up to the next Gb)

Network Users & Computers

Limited User = £4.50/month

Full User = £9.50/month

Windows Workstation = £8.00/month
