  Hourly Rates

Our hourly rates for both contract and 'ad-hoc' customers are clearly explained here. We dont hide our rates and force you to contact us to get them like many of our competetors. We prefer to make such important information freely available for all potential customers.

  Callout Charges

In general, we do not charge you for a callout to your premises.

We do charge a basic mileage rate for longer distance callouts.

This section also describes the minimum amount of time charged

for each case you open with us based on the type of call.

  Service Contracts

The best way to secure your relationship with Phase 5 is with a service contract. Our contracts have been specifically designed to be very fair to both parties and are flexible enough to automatically adapt to suit any size of client. Contracts start from a mere £35.
