Our Rates
Our pricing structures for our time are all based around hourly rates.
We work with most of our customers based on a service contract but we are also available to work with customers who dont have such a formal agreement in place. This is particularily suited to cases where a client would like to try out our services, or in the case that we are being contacted to resolve a major issue that has arisen which requires urgent attention thus not leaving time for a contract to be put in place.
We refer to support cases for clients without a contract as 'Ad-Hoc' cases.
We charge for Ad-Hoc cases at a rate of £45 per hour.
Once a support contract has been established, all support activites are logged against the contract based on the reduced rate of £35 per hour. Our contracts start from just £35 per month and are suitable even for clients that may only requires our services a few times per year. Contract based cases are also prioritised over Ad-Hoc cases.
