Pricing Guidelines

PLEXUS is charged on a Monthly basis and there are no setup costs involved.

Are pricing structure is designed to be as clear as possible to ensure that you fully understand exactly what we charge for, when charges are made and what the various rates are.

The Monthly charge is made up of the following elements:

• Deployed Sites
• Personnel
• Workstations
• Extra Servers
• Additional Storage

These elements and the specifc rates at which they are charged are described in more detail in their respective sections in this area of the website.

There is one other charge that is infrequent which is a charge for your internet domain name. As part of the process of setting up PLEXUS, any domain names that are to be used with the service are transferred over to Phase 5. (You still remain the legal owner) As a result of this transfer, you will receive future renewal bills from us directly.

We charge £10 for .co.uk and £20 for .com domains. These charges cover a 2 year renewal so are only charged to you once every 2 years per domain name.
