This area of the website is provided to give our clients links to the various online services we offer as part of our services. Not all features here apply to all clients.

Following is a summary of the links provided under this section on the left menu.

Service Status

This is primarily to provide service status information and announcements for the Plexus service. However, where problems occur on other services, information regarding those problems will also be posted here.

User Guide

This is an online guide for our Plexus customers that addresses many frequently asked questions. Over time we will add to this guide as we identify enquiries that we find are repeated on a regular basis.

Outlook Online

This link provies access to the Outlook Web Access service for our Plexus Clients. If you simply have a hosting account with us and would like to check your emails online, this is not the service you are looking for. In such cases, please contact support for more information.

Support Centre

The support centre is our online ticket based service centre and is the correct place to log a support request with us. This is relevent to all clients. This area can also provide other facilities such as online accounts information, online ordering for hosting and domain names, order status, etc.
